4. Risks
Investments in the real estate sector involve risks, including partial or total loss of capital, delays in the execution of works and variations in the estimated return. Economic results are distributed only when each project meets its goals.
5. Intellectual property
The content, brand, logo and elements of the Site are owned by Zelvuron S.A. de C.V. or its licensors. Total or partial reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
6. Newsletter
Subscription to the newsletter involves sending informational communications about real estate crowdlending in Mexico. You can cancel the subscription at any time through the link included in each email or by writing to privacy@zelvuron.com.
7. Liability
Zelvuron shall not be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, or from decisions made based on the information published, except in cases provided for by applicable Mexican legislation.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
