Cookie Policy

Last updated: 1 February 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They help the site remember your preferences, measure usage and adapt content. There are session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) and persistent cookies (kept for a defined period).

2. Types of cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies: enable the basic operation of the site, such as remembering your language preference and consent state. They do not require prior consent. Analytics cookies: activated only with your consent and allow us to understand in aggregate form how the site is used to improve it. Marketing cookies: activated only with your consent and allow us to measure the performance of Zelvuron informational campaigns.

3. Google Consent Mode v2

We use Google Consent Mode v2, a mechanism that adjusts the behaviour of Google tools according to your decision. Until you accept optional cookies, these tools operate in a restricted mode and without personal identifiers.

4. Consent management

When you first enter zelvuron.com a banner appears where you can accept all cookies, accept only the necessary ones or reject the optional ones. You can change your decision at any time by clearing your browser cookies and visiting the site again, or by writing to us at privacy@zelvuron.com.

5. Retention

Necessary cookies are kept during the session or up to 12 months. Analytics and marketing cookies are kept for a maximum of 13 months from their last update, in line with common industry practice in Mexico.

6. Third parties

Third-party services used include analytics and measurement providers. They act as data processors and are governed by their own privacy policies, in addition to the agreements signed with Zelvuron.
